In the dark hours, our bright memories illuminate our paths. They weave the most joyful moments, love, and care for our dear ones, as well as the magic of the family holiday, including Christmas. It emerges from our memory with warm embraces, sincere smiles, childhood dreams, and the scents of tangerines, fir trees, and poppies.

Filled with sacredness and sincere hopes, Christmas symbolizes purity and spirituality, brought by the arrival of Jesus Christ. Many canonical and apocryphal texts about the birth of the Son of God have been preserved. Interpreting them, people over two millennia, each in their way, have expressed their reverence for Jesus through prayer, songs, or ceremonial acts. Among them, the tradition of setting up a nativity scene - a composition of Christ's birth - remains.

The ancient tradition of the nativity play dates back to the time when illiterate parishioners, with the help of sculptural compositions in a church, narrated the biblical story of the birth of a little Jesus in Bethlehem. Later, when the city grew and the number of people has increased, the nave began to be set in front of the cathedral. Even further, they arranged costume performances with the use of bright costumes, sign attributes, puppet theatre and songs-tales about the birth of Jesus.We try to keep this tradition alive and to represent it in our souvenirs.
