The Holy Family is a name given to Jesus, Mary, and Joseph.
The angel Gabriel appeared to Mary and asked her to be the mother of Jesus.
Then, the angel appeared to Joseph and asked if he would take care of Mary and be the foster father of Jesus.
Mary and Joseph both said yes to God and became a loving family.
