This booklet was composed in Adoration before the Blessed Sacrament.
To help those who may experience difficulty in knowing what to do or what to pray about during Adoration
the author provides themes to guide and focus
using the letters of the Alphabet.
In this way
the booklet offers meditation on 26 familiar themes and can be used in several ways.

A topic can be chosen for the period of Adoration
alternatively just one line could be meditated upon.
The whole booklet could be read quickly
within an hour.
It can also be used for short meditations throughout the day
or for shorter periods of Adoration.
