In 1959 the Blessed Pope John XXIII announces the Second Vatican Council the event that will change the history of the Church and a few months after establishing the Vatican Film Library. The documentary symbolically joins this double anniversary telling the history of the Second Vatican Council using the only unedited material and exclusive preserved in the archives of the Vatican Film Library.
